InCoko is built entirely on AWS — from the telephony backbone that handles live calls to the AI models that power real-time conversation. Amazon Connect manages the contact center layer. Amazon Polly and Amazon Bedrock drive the voice and language intelligence. Amazon Q Connect assists agents in real time. All call data flows through DynamoDB and S3, secured by IAM, Secrets Manager, and Cognito. CloudFront and Lambda handle global delivery and serverless execution. No third-party infrastructure. No vendor lock-in surprises. And a security foundation that meets HIPAA requirements for businesses handling sensitive patient or client information.
